About Hannah Boardman

Hannah is an Accredited Exercise Physiology at Longevity in Randwick, Sydney. She is experienced in working with a range of clients of varying ages with different health conditions. She has a special interest in people living with disabilities, cancer and back pain. Hannah’s aim is to continue educating clients with evidence-based research and exercises whilst individualising each program to suit every clients lifestyle. Hannah believes health and exercise can be a part of everyone’s lifestyle in a fun and exciting way!
